Jeff Koons iconic Seated Ballerina sculpture greets residents on the oceanfront terrace. This mirror polished stainless steel masterpiece reflects the sky and sea, creating an ever changing visual experience throughout the day.
PLUTO AND PROSERPINA
This monumental gold toned sculpture by Jeff Koons stands in the grand entrance, inspired by Bernini classical Baroque masterpiece and reimagined in Koons signature contemporary style. Acquired for $14 million.

The two palatial lobbies showcase over 10 additional museum quality works by internationally acclaimed artists including Callum Innes, An Te Liu, Jorge Mendez Blake, Taryn Simon, Juan Usle, and Garth Weiser.
